had pizza for lunch today...the quality's gradually slipping while the size has gotten smaller and the price has skyrocketed. Won't be having pizza again until they address this.

Since I had pizza before running, felt like absolute sh!t...I was dehydrated, queasy and cramped to hell and back. Add to that, I had to run next to those crazy 'unstoppable' runners...very bad for me.

⇒ here we go again

my sibling's at it again...putting me in a corner where I'm with no option but to say 'yes'. Bullsh!t I can say 'no'...you've forced my hand...there's no way I can't say 'yes'...and this is supposed to improve relations between us.

Why am I always coming second to my siblings? I'm so sick of this! Car trouble? Oh, let's just give away my car privileges...money problems? Oh let's just borrow his hard earned summer cash...Moving to another city and back? Hey, let's force him to drive and move all your sh!t back and forth! It's not like he's gonna enjoy his spare time or anything....

There's favors, then there's limits...and I have my limits, man...D A M N !

Quit hogging our TV anyways...go home and watch sh!tty reality tv there!

first time back at the gym in 2 n a half weeks. it hurt. the damage from the layoff is hard to assess, but it's something like two weeks of consecutive junk food and heavy drinking. Consequently, I was very cramped/dehydrated/depowered today.

4.0KM in 32'27" (one of my slowest times) and 282 KCALs
14x50, 20x40 = 1500

That was also my first run since breaking my record...I dunno why, I must've been afraid or something...I can't explain why I took all that time off/away from running.
