holy sh!t it's hot.
oh wait, it's cooled down to 37°, all is still not well.

can't quit, economy teetering on the edge;
can't drive, no car and even with a car the toll is offensive and unreasonable, and subsequent traffic response has now choked up the only alternative route;
can't public transport (but have to), in this heat and for that long, public transport is whittling away my sanity!
trapped by the economy, the government and lack of personal transport!

run...good and not-good.
started off with the intent to best a 5'00' 1KM mark. Was going well but dropped off after 0.6 KM. Running erratically thereafter. Reached the 2.0 KM mark in about 14'00" which is average, but far from best. Sprinted to finish 2.8 KM in 20'00" and 200 KCALs.

thighs, hip, calves, shins, knees and chest all locked up. Sometimes running feels ok, but alot of the time it's just uncomfortable...I think I'm cheating myself with these 20' runs...should stay on a bit longer. I mean, instead of dropping weight, I've gained weight!

my tummy's all bloated and rumbly...can't stop tootin' and eatin' (not at the same time!) and i'm really really really uncomfortable!

I'm like a balloon overfilled right now! That's it, time to cut down on food intake--not only is the bloaty-ness driving me nuts, but the excess back fat is hurting me spinally.

urgh...just had another internal bowl movement...scared to cut one loose...might end up sharting at work!
