first time back at the gym in 2 n a half weeks. it hurt. the damage from the layoff is hard to assess, but it's something like two weeks of consecutive junk food and heavy drinking. Consequently, I was very cramped/dehydrated/depowered today.

That was also my first run since breaking my record...I dunno why, I must've been afraid or something...I can't explain why I took all that time off/away from running.
