went gymming again...did push myself on the treadmill:
2.5km in 22'15" and ~180KCals
admittedly not as good as in the past, but hey, it's progress.
benched, rode, etc. too, not too much progress, but I'm easing back into exercise.

i started gymmin again today. pretty bad in terms of fitness. the results follow:
2.5km in 23'45" about 150 KCals on treadmill
9.5km in 20' about 100 KCals on bike
benched, pressed, curled, etc.
not too bad, but i question my fitness. Why is it, that at my peak, I still feel out of breath after light exercise? It might be my iron-ratio in my blood...i'll look into it.

Yes, i just learned how to play Balderdash and it is fun. That was Alex's answer to 'Goofang' which is actually a mythical fish (?).
Also went to Squash, Yumcha, Mickey D's and dinner yesterday. All good. Felt quite under the weather but still all good.
