wtf?!?!? how did i get so sick?!?!? Severe fever(?) on monday, tues, weds and probably tomorwow...gddmnnit, and i still went to work! And damn it all to hell, incompetent 'co-workers'! I know what you're trying to do...it's not your role, and I appreciate the 'help' BUT if you're going to shoulder the task, then follow through with it to the end! Don't pass it off to me at 4pm when I can barely contain my shakes! Work is so bullshit, I've been coming in on my sick days to get the project out and how much appreciation do I get? None...get the f#ck outta here! Time for a lightning resignation!

nothing happened today, which is just the way i like it sometimes...

gym and swim kind of day...running not so good these days...i think it's the willpower there's very little there.

swimming is ok too...feels good after the painful run. Will trial a 3-4 day layoff...see how my legs respond.
