believe it or not, Norman's graduating from uni!!!. I just got the confirmation letter in the mail yesterday and couldn't be happier.

In other events, I went to Hudson Park golf driving range yesterday. Not a bad day either. It was one of my better days overall. Made a couple of 150-ish shots with the wood and somewhere pretty close with the irons. Most of my shots were pretty straight, they usually go in the same direction everytime now.

I just might be getting better at swinging the club. I was studying another guy's swing and the big difference between our swings was that he kept his inside arm straight for pretty much the whole time and that's pretty much how he could swing the club so fast. I dunno I might give it a try nxt time.

And yeah, they jacked up the price AGAIN (wtf?!?!)

went to gym and swim (thurs. 04 Jan 2007)
did 5km in 49'31" on treadmill (was mostly walking)

the vertical chest press kicked my ass though, it felt so heavy, yet it only read 40lbs. I can usually curl that much.

My left knee (yes, that left knee) feels funny though. Funny in a I'm-gonna-fail-for-anouther-six-months funny. sh!t

Looney Tunes. I've never given any thought to the age of these cartoons. I can't believe that some of them are close to or over 50 years old now. They're classics. I love them and grew up with a good amount of influence from them. Saturday mornings and weekday afternoons just aren't the same anymore.

I must say that the Flash doesn't quite get the same love Batman and Superman get. Yet for me, the Flash (in any incarnation, mainly Barry Allen) was and is one of my favorite superheroes. I mean how cool is it that he is the fastest being in the universe? He's definetly faster than Supes. And the mid-90s TV show rocked!

Be merry. I accomplished some amount today. Lock fixing. Lock jigging and rigging. light cleaning, paperwork, job applications, some exercise, all that stuff. I was supposed to go to the gym but it rained.

last night was an absolute ripper! Went to Willie's in Blacktown and had a blast. To summarize: coronas, lemons, triple ripple pizza, mini pool, video clips, gadgets, video games, big dogs, driving, mixers, chocolate alcohol, blue curacao(?), midori, cola, poker, chips, chips (the edible type), big 2, shithead, slaps, black n white, ABCD, old friends, plenty of laughs, fireworks, mickey D's breakfast, sunrise and finally, sleep.

I think this will be an amazing year. I look forward to enormous changes and fulfilling as many of my dreams and goals as I humanly can. Last year I was stretched thin but this year I'm gonna be alright.

and so ends the wretched year that was 2006. It was a severe low point for me. Not a whole lot of good happened. I'm glad the year is through, I barely survived.
