work going well (i think)
i'm feeling better (i know) inside and outside
gym getting better (i think) got one more visit left.
went today and was on par for record time BUT legs and heart were overwhelmed and dehydrated, so I cooled off, and still did a good time, but not record pace.
Did some weights, went for a swim.

went for a walk in the city...went to friend's place for guitar heroics!

overall, things are looking up!
