run...good and not-good.
started off with the intent to best a 5'00' 1KM mark. Was going well but dropped off after 0.6 KM. Running erratically thereafter. Reached the 2.0 KM mark in about 14'00" which is average, but far from best. Sprinted to finish 2.8 KM in 20'00" and 200 KCALs.

thighs, hip, calves, shins, knees and chest all locked up. Sometimes running feels ok, but alot of the time it's just uncomfortable...I think I'm cheating myself with these 20' runs...should stay on a bit longer. I mean, instead of dropping weight, I've gained weight!
