⇒ no running

(break: w14d5-->days on break: 105)

No running today. I really want to keep running 5km chunks so I need to let my right calf heal up a bit. This is what I did today:
rowing: 1km in 5'00"
vert chest press: 2380lbs
1000+kg reverse incline bench press
1040lbs shoulder press
cycling: 11.95km in 20'00" and 130 Cals.
some stretching and crunches.
up and down the pool 6 times.
I forgot to do vert. chest flys today but I did do 2 chest press exercises.
