⇒ slow start
gym started off slow--I was going to leave early without having done much but I figured I'd run 20'. Once I got I the treaddy, I thought I was cheating myself, so I figured I'd run 5km. Once I was done (it REALLY hurt this time), I figured I'd cool down with a bike ride. I did 2 sections.
So basically I went hard today, in spite of my initial lack of interest.
Running = 355 KCALs
Bike section 1 = 40 KCALs
Bike section 2 = 135 KCALs
Other weights and things...Gradually going to the gym earlier and earlier.
