didn't want to go today but considering the food i've been eating, I forced myself to go. Went hard! The session was shorter but the intensity was higher.
Did 2.5km on the treaddy in 20' which doesn't sound as impressive as usual, but I think the cals consumed were higher (about 170KCals). Did 10' of cycling and a bit of everything else. The pool was where I was really lacking. I think it might have been because of the dehydration I was experiencing. My muscles just conked out sooner than I thought and I ran out of breath quicker too. Well, there's always nxt week.
Ordered my graduation prints and now eagerly anticipate them.
