⇒ nauseating, sick

gym started off good today...too good. I made record time for 1km (about 6'30") and went on for 1.2km continuous running (pretty good for me) but after continuing on, felt dehydrated...then after the running, i felt like I was turning inside out...could barely continue with weights and cardio...cut the gymming short today.
20' run = 2.5+ km = 181 KCALs
20' bike level 8 = 125 KCALs

about 4 sets of weights.

ran into a friendly face from DesComp, who now lives in my suburb...
