⇒ gym day:02

pretty sore from yesterday...still tried tho...

did total of about 45' of cardio
8 sets of chest machines
swim
stretches

quite successful this week:
-took out trash
-drove mum to casula
-start up gym again
-more salad in
-some tuna
-applied for about 15 jobs
