the title pretty much sums up this wedsnesday in october, 2008. Keep in mind that just last week I was taking train rides while dripping sweat from the heat.

Health has improved! I'm nearly fully recovered! Got most of the phlegm out of my system and feel great! Had a decent day at work too!
