⇒ extra time

went to gym yesterday, as per my re-focusing goal, (that, the sore legs and the slipping treadmill belt), I avoided running. I've forgotten that my focus would be high reps so I'll try to re-implement that. Lower weights, more repetitions. Rode the bike for 20' (=150 KCALs) on level 11. Did a fair amount of upper body and swam.

Sydney gained an extra hour of time today, which is great when you sleep in til 1pm...
it was due a week ago but there was a kerfuffle and all in all, people's times were fluffed up for a bit...
