⇒ the 5K

totalled 5 km on treadmill today. Wasn't easy, I wanted to quit many times. But pushed myself and did it about 46' and ~340 KCAL.

didn't bike or do many chest sets (about 8) but did bench (3 sets, 1 of 40).
Keep in mind I'm doing high reps.

Swam for a bit too...mostly was short on time today.

Good hydration going right now...didn't feel too dehydrated today but I did run out of steam several times (that's why I need to work out...if I was fit, then what's the point, aside from staying fit?)

I was supposed to gym yesterday but 1. I felt not well and 2. weather was cold-ish and didn't want to risk joint damage or pneumonia. This is day 7 or gymming (3rd week)

things at home not so great.
