Dropped off suit jacket, trousers and business shirt for a clean. PAID in full on the spot and they gave me a receipt.
When I go to collect my clothes, they claim I haven't paid, stating that the receipt needed to be marked 'paid'.

What. The. Fuck.

Those assholes have my money and my clothes and now they're gouging me the full price AGAIN.

Total fucking bullshit.

Fought it as much as I could for 1 month; took it up with Centre Management--was more than willing to get security footage to prove my point, and NSW Fair Trading, and they're still too stupid to remove their heads from their sphincters to recognise that the mistake was theirs. Lack of evidence has gone against me (read: poor bookkeeping).

If you live in Sydney, need good dry cleaning, don't want to get ripped off and don't want to deal with shitty service, DON'T USE Maurice Dry Cleaners in Broadway Shopping Centre.

They're stupid, incompetent, unrepentant, time-wasting, poor bookkeeping, double-charging thieves.

I'm telling everyone--I have no reason to burn them other than they done me very wrong; I was a recurring customer up to this incident.
